Sturdy enough to hold any filling, these flat <em>rolls</em> — they fit beautifully in the toaster — are mostly crust, meaning you don\'t have a lot of <em>bread</em> competing with the cheese, meat, and veggies.</span></p> <p>Lynch Creek Farm (LCF) Ciabatta Rolls are produced over a two-day period. Day-1, a Starter is created and refrigerated overnight. On Day-2, the bread dough is mixed, raised, folded, cut, baked, and when cool, packaged for delivery.</p> <p>LCF hand-cuts the 4\" x 4\" Ciabatta Rolls and bakes them on full-size, sheet trays (18\" x 36\") in our Wood-fired Oven.</p> <p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PORTIONS:</span> One Order of Ciabatta Rolls consists of 4 Rolls. Each Roll weighs approximately 2.5 ounces each, about 1\" thick, and usually sliced in half when served.</p> <p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">RE-HEATING:</span> Ciabatta Rolls can be eaten at room temperature, but best as a sandwich if lightly toasted.
