On January 30, 2013, the NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services – Food Regulatory Specialist Sherry Batot – inspected the Lynch Creek Farm Cabin Kitchen and approved its use as a Home Processor.
This certification allows Lynch Creek Farm to legally produce and market Breads and other low-risk products.
Initially, we intend to produce Artisan Breads – Ciabatta, Focaccia, French Baquettes and Sourdough loaves and rolls – for sale at our onsite Farm Stand as well as other retail outlets (t.b.a.).
We are pleased to have satisfied, without exception, all of the health requirements mandated by the NC Food & Drug Protection Division.
