Heirloom varieties include: Lady Apple, Hewes Crab, Roxboro Russett, Smokehouse, Kinnard's Choice,
Bevan's Favorite, Black Lumbertwig, William's Favorite, American Rachel, American Golden Russett,
Blacktwig, White Winter Pearmain, and York, among others.  Heritage (custom grafted from 100+ year-old
local trees) varieties include: Alvin's Homestead, Alvin's Pond, Frieda's Homestead Crab and Don's Best Winesap.

Gourmet Potato Garden - Progress Photo 1 of 4 - February 2006 - at "Riding Rink".  Compost and amendments added to rows hilled in mid-November 2005 (24 rows @ 50 ft each planted). Potatoes to be planted by mid-March. Tuberous varieties: Yukon Gold, Caribe and Red Cloud. Fingerling varieties: Austrian Crescent, Russian Banana, French Fingerling, Purple Peruvian and Rose Finn Apple.
