Front Pasture and Utility Barn - 7+ acres - June 2005.
A southern fescue pasture over-planted with white/red clover,
perennial rye, alfalfa and festulolium.
Restored from an overused and heavily weeded pasture with heavy Johnson grass
infestation.

Utility Barn - 40' x 40' - Shed, Storage and Pen - completed Fall 2001.
The core building was originally an open field animal shelter. A concrete slab
was cast; the sidewalls enclosed with metal siding;
the shed perimeter roof was added; the working cupola on the roof, together with
end-wall and gutter-line venting were added to keep the storage building cool and dry during the hot summer - surprising so
by just using basic barn ventilation design!
Note the blue bird houses along the fence line.

Main House and Antique Showroom -
November 2006 (after new roof).
Classic winding stone drive- about 1/4 mile from the roadway.

Raised-bed Kitchen Garden behind Main House - 60' x 60' - June 2005.
Due to poor (clay) soil in this location, we constructed 4' x 10' raised beds with walkways.

Patio Walk and Side yard of Main House - July 2005.
Originally a dog-run with runaway forest undergrowth when we purchased the
property.

Lynch Creek - marks one property side - rock bottom, clear, year-round,
well-quality water.

Pump House - electric well pump in Lynch
Creek for watering House landscaping and raised-bed Garden plots

Back Pasture - 10+ acres with Barn - June 2005.
Again, what was a fescue pasture is being transitioned to a
mixed sward.

Back Pasture Barn - 36' x 36' - July 2005.
What was a horse barn has been adapted for year-round cattle. A new shed
addition is planned for 2007.
